I am an artist who is fascinated by the depiction of the future as seen in other media such as movies, comic books, Sci-Fi and games. In these depictions we are either in a utopia or a dystopia that shows the lifeforms on earth thriving or dying - the latter becoming more real everyday. A post-apocalyptic future shows the outlook of a large scale battle between waring factions and monstrous mutants. The setting is in a fictional town that has been over run and quarantined off by thick concrete and steel walls.
A large-scale post-apocalyptic diorama depicting a battle for survival in a town thrown into chaos by an unknown catastrophe. Within the town there are many trying to survive another day but who can you trust when everything wants you for something (slave labour, food, clothing... entertainment) My strengths and skill can be seen in the details of the painted figures/buildings and constructed landscape. My career goal is to display, paint and sculpt large-scale constructions with realism that entice viewers.
