I make calligrams by creating drawings made exclusively from hand written words. The process is long and tedious but when executed correctly my work is extremely rewarding. Through many hours of trial and error I am now able to create any portrait made from any words.

I began my time at Loughborough as a painter but after working in an engineering firm for my placement year I rediscovered my love for drawing. My work with calligrams began when I created portraits of engineers made exclusively from equations. My year in industry gave me invaluable experience for both my practice and my career prospects. I have now happily secured a job at Majenta Solutions, Coventry, as a Marketing Coordinator.
